We met Jovita through REW and right away she helped expand the number of places we wanted to view with her local industry knowledge. She also helped us focus our search and the more places we viewed together would help us save time on other potential places that didn’t meet our full criteria. In a time where buyers had leverage, we didn’t want to compromise on our list of wants + locations and we wanted someone who would make some competitive lower offers to test the market. After offering on a few places, we got a great deal that happened from Jovita doing several rounds of negotiations. We made a deal with a developer and were told we were the only ones to structure a deal like that in the building and that we got the best price for a 2 bedroom in the building.
